Itinerary of summer events now in seasons events i.e. directly below.

The competitions are arranged, during the chess season (Sept to May), into :

The Club Championship- a 14 round selected opponents tournament of 1 hour 45 minute games

The Knock-Out Tourney also of 1 hour 45 minute games

(Team) Cumbrian League Matches- play in the 1st Division or 2nd Division Chess, games are 1 hour 30 minutes

The Time Ladder (a handicapped rapid play game)

And other games including graded 'friendly' games, correspondence chess and Blitz competitions

During the summer we play Time Ladder, and Blitz competitions
